Return policy
Despite the great care we devote to your order, it is possible that the product is defect or you may receive a wrong item. In these cases please contact info@shopipad.nl within 7 working days.
All deliveries are delivered by PostNL. We strive to send your products the same day of your payment. Otherwise your parcel will be sent the next day, we also send packages only on weekdays. However, it may happen that a product is not available. In that case you will hear this in a timely fashion via e-mail and you can choose to be refunded.
Shipping
To assist in the packing and shipping in the Netherlands we call a fixed amount. When stating your order you will see exactly what the shipping costs are. Export orders in the shipping may vary!
