We strive to orders within 3 days after receiving your payment send. We ship with TNT or DHL.

Cancelling your order
Any order can be canceled within 24 hours without giving a reason if your order has not been sent. Send an e-mail to info@shopipad.nl.

Returns and exchange of articles

Report this via info@shopipad.nl and send back the items within 7 days.
The items must be in original undamaged condition with any packaging there.
